If you live in the USA like we do, then getting from there to Antigua is actually a pretty simple process. There are really only two ways that you can get there – either by air or by water.
For lots of people, visiting Antigua is something that they do on a Caribbean cruise. Most of the cruises that take tourists through the Caribbean end up stopping in Antigua. The port for this stop is St. John’s, which is probably why it is the best known spot for the entire island. You can also get to Antigua by water if you have your own boat or are riding on one that someone else owns. You might even be chartering a boat from another nearby island for the excursion.
Flying into Antigua from the USA (or other places) is super duper easy. The international airport is located not too far from St. Johns and you can fly there on airlines like United Airlines, American Airlines and Delta. Airlines from countries other than the USA that make the flight include British Airways, Air Canada, KLM, Air France and Virgin Atlantic (just to name a few).
Now that you know how to get here, all you have to do is schedule that trip! Those calm, blue waters are calling your name right now!
